The Cherry Chapel Consegration: dedicated to Saint Valentine - the saint of lovers and engaged couples - and St. Urban - the saint of wine. Built 2026/2017, in commemoration of of 90 years of Harkamp hospitality and viniculture. Theme: Nature, with it’s amgical view over the vineyards, inspires the design of the cherry chapel, a Klapotez hill on Flamberg. Form: a tower, in the form of a heart shaped cherry, symbolizing qualities of the heart, soars upward like a canopy of of oaks, it’s roof like an arbour and doors that of a winged altar, which open wide, inviting you into the cherry chapelto linger quietly or join together in celebration.
